Our CEO, a seasoned restaurant veteran and the CEO of a beloved vintage-themed concept in the Southwest, brought that vision to life. And the team he assembled? Let's just say we came prepared. With backgrounds spanning military service, marketing, advertising, product development, merchandising, and restaurant operations, our leadership brings over 40 years of restaurant know-how to the table — plus a whole lot more across start-ups, retail, the tech world, and manufacturing.

Our three founding leaders came together over a love of incredible food, lively entertainment, and a deep-rooted connection to the great outdoors.
